Welcome to the Tri-Lakes Humane Society!
'PETS OF THE MONTH'
July Cat of the Month is Endora!
Endora is a 1 year old female. She has been at the shelter most of her life and was found as a stray when just a kitten. She is very shy and takes a long time to warm up to someone so she doesn't show well but she is so good with kittens and is very gentle with them. Are you the patient person she needs to give her a forever home.
Our July Dog of the month is Debbie!
Debbie is a 2 year old female Terrier mix. She was owner relinquished but was originally found as a stray. Debbie is deaf and does know some hand signals. Such a smart girl. She doesn't get along with many other dogs or cats. Are your ready for a special dog like Debbie, she could make a great companion.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS
There are a lot of Branson area donors to our Shelter, and recipients of Paw Prints.
If anyone in the Branson area is willing to volunteer a little time now and then for fundraising activities, please call the Shelter at (417) 272-8113 and leave a message for Carolyn to let her know. You will get a call back
Tri-Lakes Humane Society would like to send a huge thank you to Missi, owner/operator of Abracadabra Pet Grooming. She comes out to the shelter and grooms our animals for us free of charge. She does a great job and is great with the animals who are often nervous in their new surroundings. She donated a grooming table and clippers to the shelter to make sure we have a good place to do the grooming.
A huge thank you goes out to Rick Kettells. He brought out excavating equipment to take care of a hill that was sliding toward the dog runs. He had to remove a fence to get his equipment in place. He did all of this at no charge to the shelter.
Rick owns Lakeside Resort and Restaurant at 153 Coney Drive in Branson West. Please stop by have a meal and say thanks for taking care of our animals.
